Terms of Service

By accessing or using LazyzoneLabs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. LazyzoneLabs Inc. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or deceptive
• Clone, replicate, or imitate a voice without the explicit written consent of the voice owner
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or proprietary technology
• Resell, license, or sublicense access to the Service without a written agreement
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to abuse or overload platform resources
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Impersonate any person, entity, or public figure using our voice cloning tools

Content you create using the Service — including scripts, voiceovers, enhanced videos, and thumbnails — is yours. You retain full ownership and may use all generated content for personal and commercial purposes with no attribution required and no royalty fees.

The LazyzoneLabs platform, the LazyZone Neural Engine, and all underlying technology, models, software, and brand assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of LazyzoneLabs Inc. No license to our technology is granted beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Our voice cloning feature processes audio samples that may constitute biometric data under applicable laws (including BIPA, GDPR, and CCPA). By using voice cloning, you confirm that:

• You are the owner of the voice being cloned, or have obtained explicit written consent from the voice owner
• You will not use voice clones to mislead, deceive, or impersonate without consent
• You accept sole liability for any misuse of cloned voice content you create

LazyzoneLabs reserves the right to suspend accounts where voice cloning is used in violation of these terms or applicable law.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. LazyzoneLabs does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LazyzoneLabs Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or cause harm to other users or the platform, with or without prior notice depending on severity. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections 3, 5, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.
